Link Green Bay is a free, community-built platform for the nonprofit organizations of Greater Green Bay. Managing your profile lets you post events, share updates, and connect with residents who care about your mission.

How it works

  1. 01Find or submit your organization

    Browse our directory to see if your nonprofit is already listed. If it is, you can claim it. If not, you can submit it for inclusion.

  2. 02Create an account & verify

    Sign up with your email address and verify your affiliation with the organization — such as your role and official email domain.

  3. 03Admin review

    Our team reviews each request to protect organizations from unauthorized edits. Most requests are reviewed within 2-3 business days.

  4. 04Start managing your profile

    Once approved, you can update your profile, post events, manage volunteers, and connect with the Greater Green Bay community.

Frequently asked questions

What's the difference between claiming and submitting?
Claiming is for organizations that are already in our directory — you verify your connection and gain management access. Submitting is for organizations that aren't listed yet — you provide the details and we'll add it after review.
How long does verification take?
Most requests are reviewed within 2-3 business days. If we need additional information to verify your connection to the organization, we'll reach out via email. Requests with a matching official email domain (e.g., you@yournonprofit.org) are typically approved fastest.
What can I manage once my request is approved?
As a verified organization admin, you can update your profile details (hours, contact info, images), post events to the community calendar, publish spotlights and updates, and respond to community conversations. Some fields — like your organization name, mission statement, and website — require an additional admin review when changed to maintain accuracy.
Can I invite other team members?
Yes! Once you're approved as the organization owner, you can invite other staff or board members to help manage the profile. You control who has access and what role they have.
