Link Green Bay is a free, community-built platform for the nonprofit organizations of Greater Green Bay. Claiming your profile lets you manage your listing, post events, and connect with residents who care about your mission.

How it works

1. 01Find your organization

   Browse the directory to see if your nonprofit is already listed. Many Greater Green Bay organizations are pre-loaded from public records.

2. 02Create an account

   Sign up with your email address. You'll need to verify your email before submitting a claim.

3. 03Submit a claim

   From your organization's profile page, click "Claim this organization" and provide verification details — such as your role, official email domain, or supporting documentation.

4. 04Admin review & approval

   Our team reviews each claim to protect organizations from unauthorized edits. Most claims are reviewed within 2–3 business days.

Frequently asked questions

What if my organization isn't listed yet?

If you can't find your nonprofit in the directory, you can submit it for inclusion during the claim process. Provide your organization's name, EIN, mission statement, and contact information. Our team will verify the details and add it to the directory.

How long does verification take?

Most claims are reviewed within 2–3 business days. If we need additional information to verify your connection to the organization, we'll reach out via email. Claims with a matching official email domain (e.g., you@yournonprofit.org) are typically approved fastest.

What can I manage once my claim is approved?

As a verified organization admin, you can update your profile details (hours, contact info, images), post events to the community calendar, publish spotlights and updates, and respond to community conversations. Some fields — like your organization name, mission statement, and website — require an additional admin review when changed to maintain directory accuracy.
