The public profile is the anchor for correction requests, free verified management, and Upgrade to Enhanced conversations.

Organizations can claim their listing, then log in with an email code to manage name, description, website, donation link, categories, and service area for free. Reviewed updates earn the Verified by Organization badge.

The launch-facing path is intentionally limited: collect clear public correction details, claim organization access before login, keep profiles reviewed, and avoid promising upload, payment, or instant publication features.

Private review
Protected edits, affiliation evidence, admin notes, and partner review records stay outside the public directory.
Free verified tier
Verified organization access is free, reviewed, and limited to the six public core fields before anything changes.
Enhanced boundary
Paid, Insight, or operator approval is required before an Enhanced profile can be prepared.
Public labels
Public labels remain limited to the approved directory label set. Featured is visibility, not endorsement.
Review limits
No instant edit, direct publishing, upload, automatic approval, or LinkLocally payment processing is active.
