Our mission

Walking alongside, not ahead.

People of Progression (P.O.P.) provides trauma-informed advocacy, housing navigation, youth violence prevention, maternal health support, and community wellness initiatives. The team also offers co-advocacy alongside traditional programs that lack the resources to address complex barriers, so survivors and the larger community receive support with dignity, care, and opportunities for long-term stability.

Trauma-informed advocacy

Culturally specific, survivor-centered support helps people move toward safety and healing on their own terms.

Housing navigation

Survivor-centered housing programs connect families to emergency housing and a path toward long-term stability.

Youth violence prevention

Prevention, mentoring, and leadership opportunities open doors for young people in the community.

Community wellness

Maternal health support and wellness initiatives strengthen collective care across the Fox Cities.

How generosity moves

From a gift to a survivor reaching safety.

Community members and funders can help dismantle the complex barriers - transportation, child care, stigma, and access - that too often prevent survivors from reaching safety and healing. Every gift builds a safer, more connected community where survivors and young people can thrive.
